These sheds boast a higher eaves height than similar sheds on the market, making them feel roomy while ensuring they are ideal for use as a workshop. They also has one fully glazed side, meaning that plenty of light can flood inside, making the interior a bright, airy and pleasant place for your hobbies, for working or simply for extra storage. They look great too, with shiplap tongue and groove walls and a traditional apex roof, giving that traditional, timber garden building appearance which so many love. The 18 x 9 version is the largest size available and is therefore perfect for just about any workshop use you have in mind. There's even more than enough room to have multiple people working inside at one time without getting in each other's way.
Features
The Rowlinson Workshop has shiplap tongue and groove walls. The shiplap profile allows efficient run off of water and helps keep the shed nice and dry inside while the tongue and groove board construction gives the building strength while helping to minimise draughts. The wide-opening double doors are secure and lockable, with key included, so you can store items safety inside. The roof is a high quality solid sheet board and will protect the interior from the elements.
Green mineral roofing felt is supplied and when attached to the roof will form an excellent barrier against the elements. The floor is high quality, 12mm tongue and groove, a fantastic feature; this ensures a floor that can withstand heavier loads, which is ideal for a workshop shed. The shed floor also comes with robust floor joists giving the shed a solid sturdy feel and greater load capacity. All shed windows are glazed with styrene, a safer alternative to glass. The windows allow plenty of light to flood into the shed and can be fitted to either side. Full assembly instructions are provided with this apex shed and all the fittings in the box as standard to complete construction.

This product is dip treated for basic protection during manufacture and transit. You must apply a water based wood treatment as per the manufacturer’s instructions to maintain your building and validate any guarantee. Many manufacturers recommend Protek Royal Exterior wood finish, available from elbec in many different colours. This will protect the timber from weathering, making it last longer. Protek is available in many different colours, which will also allow you to personalise your shed.
