The practical and secure 6x4 Forest Overlap Apex Garden Shed with pressure treatment is ideal for storage and perfect for smaller gardens. The fixed unbreakable polycarbonate window allows natural light to enter and reinforces the 6x4 Apex Shed's high-security reputation. This garden building is brimming with lots of features which are usually not found on an overlap shed, such as its hidden hinges, extra door bracing and stylish finish with a smooth planed fascia and finial. A windowless option is also available.
It is important that timber buildings do not hold too much rain water, therefore this apex shed has been manufactured from rough sawn boards that overlap to allow water to smoothly and rapidly run off the building. The door has been designed to be hinged on either the left or right hand side. The roof is layered with a weatherproof 'black sand' sheet; which not only looks good but has added durability.
Benefits and Features of Pressure Treatment: Pressure treatment will save you time and money. This treatment has been applied on all the timber components giving the shed the best protection and enhanced longevity. Pressure treatment process is an effective method used to preserve wood against fungal decay and insect attack. The standout feature of a pressure treated shed means you do not have to re-treat.
You can apply a decorative colour or stain of your choice if you wish to change the appearance of your garden shed. We recommend a water based treatment with a reminder that you must follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the treatment being used.
The shed is supplied flat packed for ease of handling and assembly. All fittings and felt are included in the price with clear, easy to follow instructions.
All Forest Garden sheds can be self-assembled and a step by step guide showing how to do this is supplied. This shed comes complete with a 15 year anti-rot guarantee provided the shed is not in direct contact with the ground.
This overlap shed also has an assembly option if desired.
