If you are looking to add compact and convenient storage to your garden at a low cost, or you want to replace an existing garden shed with a great value and reliable apex shed, the 8 x 6 Overlap Windowless Shed is perfect for you. Constructed to a simple design from high quality, pressure treated timber, this fantastic garden shed is available at a low price while still providing great quality.
This 8 x 6 overlap shed is better than the average overlap. It may well be low in price but you will find for example not just double doors but hidden features such as supporting rails top and bottom on the inside of each wall , not just on the top like some others on the market.
Top grade timber is used throughout, sourced exclusively from Scandinavia and Siberia where the best timber for sheds is produced. The timber is tight grained producing less sap and is therefore a more durable timber than the faster growing timber used by other shed manufacturers.
Walls - The overlap construction allows efficient run off of water and helps keep the shed nice and dry inside.
Door - A hasp and staple (padlock not supplied) is supplied for security.
Roof And Floor - The roof and floor of the shed are constructed from water resistant Oriented Strand board (OSB) with has similar properties to plywood. OSB is a high quality 'Solid Sheet Board'. The shed floor also comes with floor joists giving the shed a solid sturdy feel and greater load capacity.
Treatment - This wooden shed is pressure treated which means less maintenance. You will never have to treat the shed again other than an initial top coat of preservative. With this treatment a preservative is forced into the timber under high pressure, providing effective long term protection against rot and fungus. Pressure treatment is almost colourless except for a light green tint caused by the copper content in the preservative.
Full assembly instructions are provided with this Apex Shed and with all the fittings in the box as standard you will be amazed at how simple your shed is to install. If you do not want to install yourself you can opt for our handy assembly service.
