The Olympian Garage is from the NEW EMERALD RANGE. The NEW Emerald range of 12ft fronted garages comes fully HOT DIPPED GALVANISED throughout. Comes in a great size of 12' x 38' and is supplied with a 'roll-up and over' wide front access door. There is also a side access door which can be fitted at either side of the garage side walls. The Emerald Range of garages comes in 4 sizes. The Olympian has a strong re-enforcing structure which gives a high level of roof strength. This pre-painted and hot dipped galvanised building will give years of trouble free life with little need for maintenance. The high strength walls are made from deeply profiled steel cladding on substantial framing.
The Olympian garage buildings are constructed using a 'portal frame' system. Three heavy duty gable shaped arches are assembled and then bolted to the concrete using shield anchor bolts to which the building's secondary framework is attached, which is then covered with the steel cladding materials. This method of construction provides a great deal of strength and stability to the building, as the portal frame is the main strength factor with the steel cladding merely attaching to that framework. The gables are ventilated to help prevent condensation building up. Comes flat packed and is easy to assemble.

Hilti Hammascrews
For safe anchoring of sheds to concrete or slab bases. Fits through pre-drilled holes in the base rail of the shed. Fix by simply hammering on the head of the drive screw. Each kit contains the correct number of fasteners and a masonry drill bit.
