The 7' x 5' Angelina Playhouse provides double the fun with its loft area. It includes an internal upstairs area which children love to play their games in and it is very attractive to behold in any garden. Its high quality design enables your child to benefit from extra space without minimising your outdoor garden area. The layout of the Angelina Playhouse is unique and striking and the three windows have fixed styrene safety glazing to ensure your child will come to no harm. Non-slip ladder treads are found on ladder rungs for added safety.
Walls - The walls of the playhouse are constructed from high quality, FSC certified timber. It uses specially designed tongue and groove cladding to give you a playhouse that is not just durable but also a playhouse that looks great in your garden. Also our planed tongue and groove shiplap cladding design closes the pores and together with its curved profile promotes the run off of water making the shed more water resistant.
Door - Single door features a black door handle and attractive butterfly motif.
Roof and Floor - The roof and floor of the playhouse are constructed from high quality "Solid Sheet Board". This is a solid water resistant board which has a high uniform strength and is a similar product to plywood.
Window (s) - All playhouse windows are glazed with environmentally friendly styrene which is a safer alternative to traditional glass. The windows allow plenty of light to flood into the playhouse and come with window boxes and decorative window shutters.
Full assembly instructions are provided with the playhouse and with all the fittings in the box as standard you will be amazed at how simple your shed is to install.
Please note All our Playhouses are pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee on your Playhouse, it is necessary that you treat the Playhouse with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction. This will protect the timber from weathering on your Playhouse and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturer's instructions.

Installation - This is an excellent option if you want your shed put up quick and hassle free. Just make sure you have a solid level base ready and that sufficient access is provided to allow the contractors to deliver and install your shed. Please note that installation can increase your delivery time to up to 21 working days.
