Design - A superb all in one design, the RS-709 will house up to 8 small to medium sized birds dependent on breed. The house itself is raised up from ground level giving the RS-709 an extensive weather-proof run area. This raised design of the Poultry Lodge will keep out rising damp and stave off the cold.
Cleaning - The RS-709 comes with a removable nesting box and pull out plastic tray along with doors on the run and the coop. making cleaning quick and easy.
Safety - ChickenShack use thick 12mm tongue and groove cladding and high quality framework to ensure your birds stay safe inside the coop. The Door to the coop can also be closed at night to give further protection from the elements and ensures your birds stay safe inside the RS-709
Did you know the RS-709 isn't just a poultry house? The nesting box is detachable and has a blanking plate which means the chicken house can be used with or without the nesting box, this means the RS-709 can also be used as pet housing for a large range of animals such as rabbits or guinea pigs.
Full assembly instructions are provided with the RS-709 and with the all the fittings in the box as standard you will be amazed at how quickly your chickens can move in!
Please note All our ChickenShack houses are treated with an animal friendly wood preservative, for maximum lifespan we recommend you re-treat your building after a year and every 6-12 months thereafter.
