The "7' x 7' Sheriff Corner Summerhouse" is perfect for those who want a contempory summerhouse in a unique corner design that will maximise the space available in a garden. With the doors flung open it's perfect for relaxing during the summer months and with the summerhouse doors secured it's perfect for storage throughout the British winter. This makes this summerhouse a welcome addition to your garden all year round!

Walls - The walls of the summerhouse are constructed from high quality, FSC certified timber. It uses specially designed tongue and groove cladding to give you a summerhouse that is not just durable but also a summerhouse that looks great in your garden. Also our planed tongue and groove shiplap cladding design closes the pores and together with its curved profile promotes the run off of water making the summerhouse more water resistant.

Doors - The summerhouse doors are fully styrene glazed and as with the walls are constructed from high quality FSC certified timber.

Roof and Floor - The roof and floor of the shed are constructed from high quality "Solid Sheet Board". This is a solid water resistant board which has a high uniform strength and is a similar product to plywood. The shed floor also comes with high quality floor joists giving the shed a solid sturdy feel and greater load capacity.

Windows - All summerhouse windows are glazed with environmentally friendly styrene which is a safer alternative to traditional glass, this allows plenty of light to flood into the summerhouse.

Full assembly instructions are provided with the summerhouse and with all the fittings in the box as standard you will be amazed at how simple your summerhouse is to install.

Please note All our summerhouses are pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee on your summerhouse, it is necessary that you treat the summerhouse with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction. This will protect the timber from weathering on your summerhouse and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturer's instructions.

Options:

Treatment - This is a high quality water based shed treatment.  Save yourself a trip and purchase with your shed.  The many features of this shed treatment are: it is water based making it kinder on the environment, low odour, quick drying, fade resistant, safe for your pets and animals, easy to apply and comes in a 5 litre manageable tub. We recommend litres for the 6 x 4 Sheriff Shiplap Apex Garden Shed.

Installation - This is an excellent option if you would like your shed put up quick and hassle free. Just make sure you have a solid level base ready and that sufficient access is provided to allow the contractors to deliver and install your shed. Please note that assembly can increase your delivery time to up to 15 working days.  Installation is available everywhere in the UK excluding: Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Skye, the Offshore Scottish Island and the following postcodes: BT, JE, GU, HE, ZE, IM, PO30-40.  We cannot offer our Express Delivery Options with the Installation Service.

If you decide to purchase our great value portabase with this shed we can install the portabase for you.  Note Please ensure you purchase the portabase by selecting the portbase option.

Express Delivery Options ** -  As well as the FREE Standard delivery service to England and Wales postal codes* we offer an Express delivery service which is a 48 hour Delivery Service or a Saturday Delivery Service option on this product to a selection of postal codes in England.

48 Hour Express Delivery (2 Working Days) Service** - We offer a 48 Hour Express Delivery Option in all areas of England except the postal codes in England listed here:  BA, BH, BN, BS, CA, CT, DT, EX, HR, LA, PL, PO, RH, SN, SO, SP, TA, TN, TR and TQ.  We are also unable to offer our Express Delivery Service to these areas:  Scotland, Wales, all Off Shore Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland

When choosing the 48 Hour Express Delivery Service option your order must be placed by 10.30am the working day before the required delivery period.   This option is not available when installation is selected.

Saturday Express Delivery**:

Chargeable Delivery Areas*:
We offer FREE delivery to England and Wales postal codes.  However, for some parts of the UK we have to levy an additional charge. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: All other UK Mainland deliveries addresses NOT listed below are FREE when choosing our Standard Delivery Service.

Direct Home Delivery (Chargeable Areas)* - For the following postal codes we offer a chargeable direct delivery service: AB (all), PA21-33, PA35-38, PH22-26, PH30-41, PH50, PO30-40,  IV (with the exception of the IV Postal Codes listed in the UK Mainland Port Drop Section below) KW (with the exception of the KW Postal Codes listed in the UK Mainland Port Drop Section below), Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

UK Mainland Port Drop Only (Chargeable Areas)* - For the following postal codes we offer a UK Mainland port drop service (it is the customer's responsibility to arrange the onward transport) All offshore islands (not including Channel Islands see below) HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KW15-17, KA27-28, PA34 and ZE. 
Please Note - there is no delivery charge to IM Post Codes however we can only deliver to a UK Mainland Port.

Port Drop to Jersey, Guernsey (Chargeable)* - For the Channel Islands we offer a drop straight to the port on the Island and the price shown refers to the order, not individual items.  The customer is responsible for transporting the building from the port to the final destination.  This service will extend the leadtime. 

No Delivery Service - Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to these postal codes - PA41-78 and PH42-44

Delivery Timescales
Standard delivery timescales are displayed on this page which applies to most parts of the UK apart from the following areas: Scotland, Wales, All Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.   These areas may see an increase of an additional 10 working days upon the standard leadtime quoted. Please be aware that if selecting the installation option this will increase your delivery time to up to 15 working days.
