Ideal for growing carrot, potato and onion crops as well as cabbage and other basic and delicious squashes including courgettes and pumpkins. Also ideal for using as an Herb bed. The internal height on this Veggie Bed is 300mm. Easy to assemble, these kits give better control over soil conditions more so as our range of Veggie Beds are made from MicroPro Treated timber. The Micronized treatment ensures longevity of life and will stay looking great for years to come. The unit assembles in minutes and packs flat at the end of the season for easy storage. However because these veggie beds are treated with MicroPro making them hard wearing they are suitable for keeping out through the winter. The Veggie Bed is sufficiently compact to make it suitable for use on patios, decking or even balconies, although if using in these area you may wish to use an optional liner. The Veggie Beds makes growing your own vegetables accessible to everyone.
