Product Description:
The "6' x 4' Shiplap Apex Shed" is perfect for those who want a shed with maximum storage space in the classic apex design. Also the high internal shed roofline allows storage of taller garden items maximising the space available in this shed.
Walls - The walls of the shed are constructed from high quality, FSC certified timber. It uses specially designed tongue and groove cladding to give you a shed that is not just durable but also a shed that looks great in your garden. Also our planed tongue and groove shiplap cladding design closes the pores and together with its curved profile promotes the run off of water making the shed more water resistant.
Door - The shed door is braced and ledged to give you a strong durable door and as with the walls is made from high quality FSC certified tongue and groove cladding.
Roof And Floor - The roof and floor of the shed are constructed from high quality "Solid Sheet Board". This is a solid water resistant board which has a high uniform strength and is a similar product to plywood. The shed floor also comes with high quality floor joists giving the shed a solid sturdy feel and greater load capacity.
Windows - All shed windows are glazed with environmentally friendly styrene which is a safer alternative to traditional glass. The windows allow plenty of light to flood into the shed and can be fitted to either side.
Full assembly instructions are provided with the Apex Shed and with all the fittings in the box as standard you will be amazed at how simple your shed is to install.
Please note All our sheds are pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee on your shed, it is necessary that you treat the shed with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction. This will protect the timber from weathering on your shed and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturer's instructions.

Options:
Portabases - The Portabase is the green alternative to concrete it comes pressure treated to increase its lifespan. It can be laid onto lawns / firm soil with the corner spikes or laid onto hard standings areas such as drive ways and patios, using footplates (not provided) that can be positioned to level the Portabase to compensate for any discrepancies in the hard surface levels. Can accommodate up to 2" variance (more if blocked with additional packers under base feet).
Should you purchase a Portabase and require installation there is an option to choose installation of the shed and portabase.
Treatment - This is a high quality water based shed treatment. Save yourself a trip and purchase with your shed. The many features of this shed treatment are: it is water based making it kinder on the environment, low odour, quick drying, fade resistant, safe for your pets and animals, ideal for shed and fence panels, easy to apply and comes in a 5 litre manageable tub.
Installation - This is an excellent option if you would like your shed put up quick and hassle free. Just make sure you have a solid level base ready and that sufficient access is provided to allow the contractors to deliver and install your shed. Please note that assembly can increase your delivery time to up to 15 working days. Installation is available everywhere in the UK excluding: Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Skye, the Offshore Scottish Island and the following postcodes: BT, JE, GU, HE, ZE, IM, PO30-40. We cannot offer our Express Delivery Options with the Installation Service.

Delivery Timescales
Standard delivery timescales are displayed on this page which applies to most parts of the UK apart from the following areas: Scotland, Wales, All Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. These areas may see an increase of an additional 10 working days upon the standard leadtime quoted. Please be aware that if selecting the installation option this will increase your delivery time to up to 15 working days.
