Elbec are proud of the service we give to customers.

Although we strive for everyone of our customers to be more than delighted with a product bought from elbec; we do realise that from time to time the odd customer may be disappointed.

We allow our customers to contact us in a variety of ways ,

Emails do take priority over all other forms of communication and we will reply to all emails within one working day.

Elbec will do all they can to put right a problem. Has your shed arrived damaged; we will send you all replacements to put it right. Although email is the preferred choice of communication we do make ourselves available for you to speak to someone in person from a member of our trained customer care team during the working week.

If you have bought from Elbec a shed, summerhouse, log cabin or greenhouse or indeed any other product from Elbec you can rest assured that there will be someone there to help you with after sales.

Many thanks for the quick delivery of my order. The couriers arrived as expected on the pre arranged date and time frame. More importantly, I was impressed with the product and overwhelmed with the packaging - obviously a quality product. Who are Shire Garden Buildings?

Shire is one of the largest if not the largest manufacturers of Garden Buildings in the UK today but still remains a family company. Established in 1945 Shire are located in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Covering over 20 acres the Shire factories are equipped with the latest machinery and include a planning mill and in house joinery production.

Shire do not use auction clearing houses to buy their timber. Shire know the quality of their timber and will not change their principles so that when you buy a Shire Garden Building you know it is made from the best timber from sustainable forests. The timber is shipped directly into the port of Wisbech and unloaded directly at Shires own quay adjacent to the Shire’s factory. The timber is then prepared in house so Shire control all the processes required to manufacture a garden building.
