At elbec these problems are non-existent, our log cabins are made here in the UK by Shire; the UK’s top log cabin manufacturer. If you can imagine it we can create it.

 Shire benefit from being located adjacent to the Port of Wisbech which they discharge monthly shipments of only the highest quality timber directly into their warehouses. By controlling every aspect of the manufacturing process they ensure that the cabins they produce are (like the timber) of the highest quality. Every log cabin we make is made to order, you’re not getting last years model; this is your cabin, freshly made for you with you in mind. 1: Choose your size

 
This will depend firstly on the space available and secondly what you plan to use you log cabin for. Remember we can make log cabins in ANY size so don’t worry if your planning something that could rival Buckingham palace, we will do our best to fit your cabin to the exact size you want. If you aren’t keen on your personal gym being in full view of the kids hang out zone then why not have more than one room? We can cater for any number of rooms you have in mind and will be glad to advise you how large each one could or should be. Don’t forget if you are within 2 metres of a boundary you may face planning regulations for buildings over 2.5m high, at elbec we do not compromise the look or sturdiness of our buildings by keeping all our buildings below 2.5m. 2: Choose your style

 
This does NOT have to be in our existing range if you like the roof from the Marlborough and the window configuration of the Solway we can design a  log cabin that has the best of both worlds! Number of windows, style of windows, style of door, the number of doors all more ways that you can transform your building from our log cabin to YOUR log cabin. Did you know our log cabins come with a range of extras that can easily be added to your log cabin, how about a verandah or a terrace for those lazy summer days when you just want to sit and admire your garden? Or add an extra touch of class to your log cabin with felt roof tiles or window boxes.
