This has contributed to an unpredented level of demand in the Garden Building industry and all manufacturers are currently experiencing delays in getting products to you.

We apologise for the delay if your order is one of those that has been affected. You can be assured that the manufactures are doing their utmost to get the order to you if yours is one that has been delayed. Elbec trade with all the major UK manufacturers and they are all experiencing delays.

Garden buildings are very large items to store so nowadays virtually all Garden Buildings are delivered to the customer direct from the manufacturer. It cuts down on costs and therefore Garden Buildings become even more affordable to the customer.

The drawback is that there are times like now when the manufacturers simply cannot get the orders out fast enough. Even though more resources are used to catch up with the backlog, unfortunately for the customer and us the retailer it does take a little time to catch up.
