Elbec is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our data processing practices and your options regarding the ways in which your personal data is used. If you have bought something from elbec we will have your email address, phone number, address, credit card and transaction details. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address. Information is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you. We may also collect information about where you are on the internet (eg the URL you came from, IP address, domain types like .co.uk and .com), your browser type, the country and telephone area code where your computer is located, the pages of our website that were viewed during your visit, the advertisements you clicked on, and any search terms that you entered on our website ('User Information'). We may collect this information even if you do not register with us.

We also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. We may offer you a gift for purchases or make an offer we think you might like based on your order history.

We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage that enables us to improve the service we provide. We do not track individual users pathway through the site.

In order to most efficiently serve you, reputable third-party banking and distribution institutions handle our credit card transactions and order fulfilment. When entering any of our contests or prize draws, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or prize draw, you are also included in our Newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, special offers and new lines on the Website. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

To provide further value to our customers, we provide links to other websites and services for you to access at your sole discretion. elbec do not vet these websites, are not responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly and do not have any control over their contents. elbec cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.
