Delivery

ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY AND ARE FLAT PACKED READY FOR ASSEMBLY

Booking Delivery

Delivery is between 7am to 7pm. These are delivered on a 1 man delivery by the carrier company DX. Between 1-2 working days after placing your order you will be contacted by the carrier company DX via a text message (if a mobile number is supplied) or contacted by telephone and given a delivery date. If instructed the driver will take the order around the back if there are no access issues. They cannot take your order either through a house or garage.

The estimated delivery lead time for this product is identified on the product page above. Lead times are in working days (Monday - Friday) excludes Bank Holidays. These estimated lead times are provided by the manufacturers and are not guaranteed - due to fluctuation in demand - but are provided in good faith and are representative of delivery at that time. "Arrived on time, in good condition and was easily erected.: After checking my arbour out on the internet I found Elbec to be the best price. The ordering process was easy and quick and the delivery instructions followed efficiently. All pieces were present, including fixings, and it was erected in double quick time with only the roof needing a second person to raise. Overall a happy experience!"
