ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY AND ARE FLAT PACKED READY FOR ASSEMBLY
Booking Delivery
After placing your order, you will be contacted during either week 2 or 3 of your timescale by email and advised of a week commencing date for delivery. You will then be contacted the week prior to delivery by our manufacturer's delivery team and supplied a delivery date.
Delivery Lead times
The estimated delivery lead time for this product is identified on the product page above. These lead times can increase during peak periods. Lead times are in working days (Monday - Friday) excludes Bank Holidays. These estimated lead times are provided by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed due to fluctuation in demand. Some remote areas will take a little longer.
Upon Delivery
Delivery is between 7am to 7pm. Your order is delivered either kerbside or driveway and should be delivered on a 17-ton lorry (the size of a Refuse Cart). Unfortunately, due to health and safety and insurance liabilities the driver will not be able to take your goods around to the back of your property but may upon request place the product at the side of the house if there are no access or restriction issues. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an un-safe location. Unfortunately, we will not be able to go through your property.
Installation Option
If you have chosen the installation option, the delivery and installation will be on different days. You will receive an estimated fortnight commencing date from elbec for delivery, later to be contacted directly from the installation team regarding installation. The installation team will request information and photographs of your base. Please note the installation team will require 18? clearance all the way around. The team also requires easy external access from the front of your property to the back, they cannot take the item through your property.

Base Information
This garden building is not supplied with a floor. It is essential that the building is anchored to a suitable concrete or slab base. You can purchase a complete Hilti Screw Anchor Kit, with the correct number of fasteners plus a free masonry drill bit, which will be delivered with your metal shed so you can anchor it to your base.
