ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY. This product is delivered flat packed, direct to your home and is supplied with a set of instructions to support assembly.

Our telephone lines are exceptionally busy to avoid queuing you can use the ‘Help’ facility which is on every product page.

To protect both you and our drivers, we request that you remain within your property while they complete the delivery.

Booking Delivery

Your order will be dispatched by the manufacturer Palram Applications. If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive at different times.

Our teams are working hard to ensure your order is delivered within the timescale indicated on the product page. For customers in certain areas (e.g. Scotland and Wales) the timescale may be slightly extended. Please note lead times are counted in working days (Monday – Friday) excluding Bank Holidays.

Prior to Delivery

With Palram products, you will be sent two text messages. The first message will inform you that your order is being processed. The second message will be sent closer to the end of the delivery timescale, advising you that your order has been dispatched and will be delivered by one of three couriers (Arrow XL, Panther or DPD).

Please note that both elbec and Palram will be unable to supply any further information on your order during this timescale. 

Upon Delivery

Your order will be delivered kerbside or on your driveway. Due to health and safety, and insurance liabilities, the driver will not be able to take your goods to the back of your property but – upon request – may place the product at the side of the house if there are no access issues. This is to avoid risking damage to your property while delivering to an unsafe location. We will not be able to go through your property.

We recommend against arranging for a third party to install the product before its delivery and checking that all parts are present, and we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs caused by delays.

"when you first get this 6x8 shed in a moderately sized box you think surely not, you take out a few bits and start to think you've been royally had over for the price of it, albeit cheap from Elbec. so you start putting it together the extruded aluminium manufacturing is pretty good, and once you start sliding the extremely flimsy panels into the aluminium supports and start fixing it all together you slowly come round to realising its not to bad. I.E never have to paint or look after, as others have said read instructions over and over, it was breezy when I did it but needed only some help from partner. Doors are noisy obviously if left open and what I'm mostly worried about is if the side panels will rattle lots in moderate winds annoying the neighbours? as also said really disappointed with the base as its just polycarbonate on concreate so makes crunchy noises when walking over if it would have been a solid rubber base would have been so much better, plus it needs covering with rubber, carpet, wood, whatever to make walking on it safe. overall I'm still in two minds if i should have got wood for about same price, I'm lazy so in long run plastic probably better. obviously only being ally supports most people will be racking this out as you wouldn't/couldn't hang anything on the plastic or supports without a decent wooden subframe inside, which is cheap and easy to do. eventually sides may need siliconing up to remove rattling and after 1st rain pour i can confirm 99.9% water proof as some blew in where where side panel meets upturned base/floor, again some remedial strips of ally along the outside or whatever is at hand will finish off where it meets the ground. if I wasn't lazy for the upkeep of wood i'd buy a wooden shed, but being grey. maintenance free etc etc this isn't a bad spend, guessing it could be a lot cheaper though for what you get."

"Delivered on tiime as stated, packaged very well in one box. All the bits required and easy to read instructions although i highley recommend watching an install video (just google it there is a few) as it helped make the job a little easier. took me n the missis 6hrs on a fairly calm day (dont install in wind as the panels are very light until u get roof parts on).Few fiddly bits but went together well and looks absolutely fantastic. Well worth the money and time will last for years."

"Purchased what I was hoping to be a no maintanance shed, which was replacing my wooden shed. It has not dissapointed. The structure although looks at 1st sight flimsy is both strong and durable when put together. It as a little tricky if like me not great at DIY, but is achievable with a bit of patience and time. Allow a day to put up! but once up, the design, quality and strangth is far superior to my wooden shed....so now I can sit back and enjoy my maintanance free shed for years to come....would definately recommend this product, but a little tip is rely on the instructions but also watch a viseo on youtube to assist"

"Quite flimsy not as good as solid plastic sheds but at about half the price you can't complain . Erected on my own very awkward took me about 6 hours, looks very nice put up hope it lasts mine was a 6x8 and down the bottom of the garden low down so should be ok with winds ,would advise to be erected with two people and on a solid concrete base"

"let down by missing screws The delivery time of the plastic shed was acceptable considering the issues caused by Corona virus. Husband managed to erect the shed on his own with just a bit of help from myself holding panels together while he screwed. The shed is a bit flimsy but adequate for our needs and looks good from the outside. I would have scored an extra star but there are some screws missing and we are concerned that should we get windy weather the shed could blow down and possibly blow away. I have emailed elbec several times and phoned them but no sign of the screws. I was told they were despatched 6 days ago. I appreciate corona virus is causing issues but I am only waiting for 10 screws that could be sent in normal post Hi Susan Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry we understand how frustrating it must be. It had been actioned and Palram should by now be in touch with you directly to resolve as quickly as possible. "Palram Grey 6x8 plastic shed We bought a plastic shed as the price was good and we were fed up with the maintenance costs of our wooden one. The delivery was quick and efficient the shed went to well leaving a great sturdy shed and add long as you follow the instructions or all goes to plan the sealing of the roof as apex is essential. Also securing shed to the ground helps give the shed a more solid feel. Be aware no screws in box to attach shed to ground. "Pros - The skylight roof is amazing - it lets in much more light than the glass windows in the side of a wooden shed. The shiny finish inside is nice, and from the outside the shed looks very smart. Overall, the build was fairly straightforward, and most of the instructions were clear and simple. Cons - Some of the instructions only make sense once you’ve made a mistake and re-read them with the benefit of hindsight. The three sections of the floor do not click together or seal, so there are gaps to trip over or loose small items into. (I’ll be laying a rubber floor covering to resolve this). Overall - It’s a good shed, but you really do need to take the time to study the instructions, and make sure your base is perfectly flat and level. Also, a socket wrench will make things a lot easier than using a spanner! "

"On the whole this is a good shed. Its not as substantial as I was hoping for and seems a little light. The assembly instructions need tweeking. What would be useful is a different colour in the booklet for the inside and outside as this got very confusing, especially for the door assembly."
