We want to ensure that we fulfil your order as quickly as possible. We aim to offer a FREE delivery service to most UK mainland destinations.* For some of our manufacturers/suppliers a postcode charge applies to some areas, where this is applicable details will appear on the product page. There may also be a surcharge for Special Deliveries such as Express Delivery or a Saturday delivery.

A few of our products may be available for addresses in Ireland, for further information on a particular product or general enquiry please email our Customer Care Team at or phone on 0115 965 9900 between 9am and 4pm (Monday to Friday).

We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All our deliveries are made either directly through our manufacturer’s in-house carrier service or an independent courier service.

Delivery Timescales

The estimated delivery lead time for each product is noted on the product page. All leadtimes are in working days (Monday to Friday). It should be noted that deliveries can occur slightly sooner or later than stated due to transport logistics ie deliveries to more central and highly populated destinations are more likely to be serviced regularly than those in remote or rural areas such as North Scotland, West Wales or South-West England. The Company' delivery timescales as published are given in good faith based upon our manufacturer’s guidance.

Please note that delivery timescales may be affected by fluctuations in demand and whether a product is in stock.

Every effort is made to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors arising from the manufacturer’s distribution infrastructure. In this event, elbec shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders placed after 10.30am - the delivery timescale will start the following working day. Orders placed at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) - the delivery timescales starts from the first Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday – the delivery timescale will start the following working day.

Installation Service

If you have added an installation service to your order you will be contacted and provided with an installation date. Please allow time for our team to contact you as installation dates take longer to organise as we have to ensure that all the logistics are in place for a successful installation.

If ordering our installation option refer to the relevant product page for the extended leadtime for the installation option.

Delivery to a Different Address

You can have your order delivered to your home address or an alternative address. Please note delivery may take longer in these circumstances.

Delivery of Order

Deliveries work throughout the day so your order may arrive any time between 7.00am and 7.00pm. We use different manufacturers/suppliers therefore if you have more than one item on order these may be despatched from different locations and may arrive on separate days.

On the day of the delivery, the drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home.

A driver may offer to take an order further for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion.

If you have added the installation service to your order please be aware that they will require full access to your garden. The installation teams will not bring a product through your home as they are not covered by insurance to enter a customer’s home.

Changing a Delivery Address

You’ll be able to change the delivery address details by emailing our Customer Care Team at Changing your delivery address may cause a delay in the original delivery timescale and may incur an additional charge.

You are also able to change your delivery address at the confirmation of order stage.
