The Rowlinson border edging is delivered fully assembled as a continuous roll. With the timber sections pre-connected and the spikes already integrated, the roll is ready to be placed directly into the ground upon arrival for a quick and simple installation.

Please ensure there is unrestricted access for our delivery team, as couriers are unable to carry items through a residence or garage. To protect your property, drivers will use their professional discretion to select a secure and suitable drop-off point, actively avoiding any locations that pose a safety risk or potential for damage.

Log Roll Maintenance

The Rowlinson Log Roll is manufactured from pressure-treated timber, offering excellent durability and built-in resistance against rot and decay. This treatment protects the wood from the outset, so no additional treatment is required for up to the first year.

To keep the log roll looking its best over time, we recommend applying a suitable wood treatment after 12 months and annually thereafter. The pressure treatment may give the timber a slight greenish tint at first; this is completely normal and will naturally fade to a silvery-grey finish over time.

If you wish to paint or stain the log roll, ensure you use a product that is suitable for pressure-treated timber.

How Your Order Will Arrive
All Rowlinson products are delivered flat-packed and ready for self-assembly. Delivery is made to the kerbside or driveway of your property using a Hi-ab vehicle (a truck with a mechanical crane).

Booking Your Delivery

Deliveries are handled by our carrier partner, DX. Within 1–2 working days of placing your order, DX will contact you to arrange delivery. If you’ve provided a mobile number, you’ll receive a text message; otherwise, you’ll be contacted by phone. You’ll be given a delivery date and a 3-hour time slot.
