The Rowlinson 12x6 Growhouse with Store provides endless opportunities for use now and in the future, a potting shed or greenhouse giving you the perfect arena for growing plants and vegetables or a relaxing summerhouse.  Its many large 4mm SAN glazing fixed and opening windows provide natural light for all types of uses as well as safety and durability.

The two rooms are to be used as a relaxing or hobby area as well as the addition of a shed for storage.  The need to do away with two separate buildings also means that less garden space is taken up.

No compromise on it’s features with roof and floor constructed in kiln dried 12mm sturdy tongue and groove and to mention all timber is sustainably sourced, high grade OSB roof topped with premium quality roofing felt.  To further enhance the strength of the greenhouse and side store both doors are fully ledged and braced, secured with hurl hinges and a rim lock handle supplied with 2 keys.

About Your Order

The wooden greenhouse's simple design and the flat-pack delivery make it easy to assemble. It comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.  All the fixtures and fittings required for assembly are provided. Easy-to-follow instructions are included. The delivery team will use their discretion to ensure a safe and reasonable greenhouse placement. Please note that unrestricted access is required, and the delivery team will not pass through your home or garage. We prioritise the safety of your property and will not deliver to an unsafe location that could cause damage. Additionally, the delivery team will remove all product packaging upon completion of the delivery.

Wooden Greenhouse Maintenance

The greenhouse’s timbers have been dip-treated to protect them during transit. You must apply a preservative and waterproofing topcoat immediately after installation. This treatment, followed by consistent annual treatment, will maintain the high-quality finish. A one-year manufacturer's warranty is included as standard.

Delivery

How Your Order Will Arrive
All Rowlinson products are delivered flat-packed and ready for self-assembly. Delivery is made to the kerbside or driveway of your property using a Hi-ab vehicle (a truck with a mechanical crane).

Booking Your Delivery

Deliveries are handled by our carrier partner, DX. Within 1–2 working days of placing your order, DX will contact you to arrange delivery. If you’ve provided a mobile number, you’ll receive a text message; otherwise, you’ll be contacted by phone. You’ll be given a delivery date and a 3-hour time slot.
