The 4x4 Shire Tuscany PVC Plastic Shed has a carefully considered design, with an appealing Mediterranean feel by incorporating the desert tan tile roof. The UV resistant high-grade PVC walls require little maintenance and come with a 10-year manufacturer guarantee.  All materials used are of the highest quality, including the recycled, rot-proof resin tiled floor. The shed arrives flat packed and is easily assembled. Other features include space to add hanging brackets and shelves, making it easy to personalise based on your storage needs, as well as a sliding bolt and a padlock friendly locking loop, padlock not included.

Features

The Tuscany EVO 120 is a PVC box section shed, with an ABS plastic roof. These materials ensure that the shed is completely resistant to rot, and is highly resistant to fading and UV damage. PVC has the additional advantage of being practically zero maintenance, with an occasional wipe down with soap and water being more than sufficient to maintain its pleasing looks. 

The floor is constructed from recycled, rot proof, hard-wearing resin formed tiles that interlock. This provides an exceptionally sturdy base that will stand up to heavy loads and almost anything that you can throw at it. Easy fit hanging brackets and shelves are available as useful optional extras to add extra versatility to your storage. Delivery

FREE delivery is available to most mainland UK postcodes. However, some areas may incur a surcharge and certain postcodes are excluded. Please use the ‘Delivery Cost Checker’ above to confirm availability and any applicable surcharges. This product is delivered via our supplier’s third-party carrier.

Delivery Leadtimes
The estimated delivery lead time for this product is identified on the product page above. Lead times are in working days (Monday - Friday) excludes Bank Holidays. These estimated lead times are provided by the manufacturers and are not guaranteed - due to fluctuation in demand - but are provided in good faith and are representative of delivery at that time. Some remote areas will take a little longer.

Delivery Date
You will be contacted towards the end of the delivery timescale with a confirmed delivery date. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, you can contact our supplier directly on 01945 465 295, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:30pm.

Upon Delivery
Delivery will be made by Shire’s designated courier, typically using a 17-ton flat-bed vehicle (similar in size to a council refuse lorry). Deliveries usually take place between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

Please note that drivers are only insured to deliver to the kerbside or driveway. To avoid any risk of damage to your property, they are unable to pass through your home or access restricted areas. All deliveries are hand-unloaded by the driver.

We would recommend against arranging for a third party to install the building before it's been delivered and checked that all parts are present, as we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs.

Installation option
With the installation option your building will be delivered and assembled on the same day.  If you are choosing the installation option after placing your order you’ll be contacted within 5 working days by Shire, the manufacturer either by a text message or automated telephone message (the latter if a mobile number is not supplied). This message will supply you with the name of the website to go on to where you will be required to accept the terms and conditions for assembly. Any delay in accepting these terms and conditions may affect your timescale. Once you have accepted these terms and conditions you will be contacted during the timescale with a date for the delivery/assembly of your order. The installation option will extend your lead time by up to 15-25 working days. This may take longer during seasonal periods. Please be aware that the installation team will require full access to your garden, 18" clearance all around the building and a firm and level base. Shire's installation team will not bring a building through your home as they are not covered by insurance to enter a customer’s home.
