We advise constructing the servery on a stable foundation for optimal results and longevity. Recommended base options are paving slabs or concrete. Delivery
How Your Order Will Arrive
All Rowlinson products are delivered flat-packed and ready for self-assembly. Delivery is made to the kerbside or driveway of your property using a Hi-ab vehicle (a truck with a mechanical crane).
Booking Your Delivery
Deliveries are handled by our carrier partner, DX. Within 1–2 working days of placing your order, DX will contact you to arrange delivery. If you’ve provided a mobile number, you’ll receive a text message; otherwise, you’ll be contacted by phone. You’ll be given a delivery date and a 3-hour time slot.
