The Rowlinson Garden Arch is a flat-pack delivery for easy assembly. All the fixtures and fittings required for assembly are provided. Easy-to-follow instructions are included. The delivery team will use their discretion to ensure a safe and reasonable placement of the arch. Please note that unrestricted access is required, and the delivery team will not pass through your home or garage. We prioritise the safety of your property and will not deliver to an unsafe location that could potentially cause damage.

Garden Arch Maintenance

The Rowlinson Infinity Arch is made from pressure-treated timbers for excellent durability and longevity. Rowlinson’s pressure-treated products do not require annual re-treatment. If desired can be painted or stained. An anti-rot solution in the timber structure improves resistance to rot. The treatment may leave a greenish tinge on the wood; this is normal and will grey over time. The manufacturer advises that if you want to paint your garden arch a different colour, ensure the treatment you choose is recommended for pressure-treated timber.

Delivery

How Your Order Will Arrive
All Rowlinson products are delivered flat-packed and ready for self-assembly. Delivery is made to the kerbside or driveway of your property using a Hi-ab vehicle (a truck with a mechanical crane).

Booking Your Delivery

Deliveries are handled by our carrier partner, DX. Within 1–2 working days of placing your order, DX will contact you to arrange delivery. If you’ve provided a mobile number, you’ll receive a text message; otherwise, you’ll be contacted by phone. You’ll be given a delivery date and a 3-hour time slot.
