The Rowlinson Wooden Dining Set is a flat-pack delivery to make it easy to assemble. All the fixtures and fittings required for assembly are provided. Easy-to-follow instructions are included. The delivery team will use their discretion to ensure a safe and reasonable placement of the garden set. Please note that unrestricted access is required and the delivery team will not pass through your home or garage. We prioritise the safety of your property and will not deliver to an unsafe location that could potentially cause damage.

Garden Bench Set Maintenance:

The Rowlinson Kyoto Contemporary Four Seater Bench Set is made from hardwood timbers for excellent durability and longevity. Naturally resistant to moisture and decay, eucalyptus offers excellent longevity with minimal maintenance. Our hardwood furniture can be treated with a clear teak oil and we would recommend using a furniture cover also to provide maximum protection from the weather.  Easy to clean with a non-abrasive sponge and detergent-free soapy cleanser and rinse thoroughly.

Delivery

How Your Order Will Arrive
All Rowlinson products are delivered flat-packed and ready for self-assembly. Delivery is made to the kerbside or driveway of your property using a Hi-ab vehicle (a truck with a mechanical crane).

Booking Your Delivery

Deliveries are handled by our carrier partner, DX. Within 1–2 working days of placing your order, DX will contact you to arrange delivery. If you’ve provided a mobile number, you’ll receive a text message; otherwise, you’ll be contacted by phone. You’ll be given a delivery date and a 3-hour time slot.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
