Please note that unrestricted access is required, and the delivery team will not pass through your home or garage. We prioritise the safety of your property and will not deliver to an unsafe location that could potentially cause damage.

How Your Order Will Arrive
All Rowlinson products are delivered flat-packed and ready for self-assembly. Delivery is made to the kerbside or driveway of your property using a Hi-ab vehicle (a truck with a mechanical crane).

Booking Your Delivery

Deliveries are handled by our carrier partner, DX. Within 1–2 working days of placing your order, DX will contact you to arrange delivery. If you’ve provided a mobile number, you’ll receive a text message; otherwise, you’ll be contacted by phone. You’ll be given a delivery date and a 3-hour time slot.
