If you want to protect taller vehicles from the elements, the Palram Arcadia Alpine 12700 Carport is an ideal way to achieve this, without the need for a garage. The aluminium legs can be adjusted to a maximum height of 11 feet 7 inches (3.52m), so the carport can easily accommodate vehicles such as motorhomes, vans, 4x4s or caravans.

At 12 x 42 feet, the Arcadia Alpine 12700 has plenty of room for you to store two large cars or a car and a caravan. This multi-use structure can also be used as a covered sitting area, providing a space in the shade for you to relax or entertain guests.

Features

Featuring a modern, anthracite grey finish, the Palram Arcadia Alpine 12700 will add a sophisticated touch to your outside space. It is made from heavy-duty aluminium, with laser-cut galvanised steel connectors, making it a remarkably robust structure. This state-of-the-art design provides outstanding weather protection: the Arcadia Alpine 12700 is snow-load tested to 80kg per square metre and wind-resistant to 70 kilometres per hour.

It features 6mm bronze tint twin-wall polycarbonate roof panels, that are high-impact, shatter-resistant and built to withstand inclement weather. The panels are also UV protected on both sides, which means they will not discolour, fracture, or become brittle over time.  

The Arcadia Alpine 12700 requires a solid, level surface onto which to anchor it securely using the supplied foot-pads. It comes with ten sturdy, aluminium legs that are built to support the weight of the structure and provide plenty of strength and stability, even in strong winds or harsh weather.

Underpinning its eco-credentials, the carport is made with 100% recyclable materials and has integrated gutter and gutter heads that allow you to easily channel and collect rainwater for a sustainable irrigation system.

Usefully, the structure can easily be disassembled and reassembled in a new location if you need to move it in the future.

Palram produces a range of accessories to ensure you get the most out of your Palram Arcadia, whether you are using it as a covered seating area or as a carport. In the ‘choose additional options section’ you’ll find accessories designed for use with the Arcadia Alpine 12700 Carport, including a low-heat lighting system and carbon fibre infrared heater.

Warranty

For added reassurance, this model comes with a Palram 10-year limited warranty at no extra cost. The warrant is conditional on the carport being assembled and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Additional Details

The Palram Arcadia 12700 Carport is delivered flat-packed and will need to be assembled at home. All parts and fixtures needed to construct your Arcadia Carport are provided. Written instructions are provided and should be followed exactly to achieve the safety and security desired from the structure. The structure requires a solid level surface. The assembly is simple,  This structure requires very little ongoing maintenance.

Delivery

ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY. This product is delivered flat packed, direct to your home and is supplied with a set of instructions to support assembly.

Our telephone lines are exceptionally busy to avoid queuing you can use the ‘Help’ facility which is on every product page.

To protect both you and our drivers, we request that you remain within your property while they complete the delivery.

Booking Delivery

Your order will be dispatched by the manufacturer Palram Applications. If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive at different times.

Our teams are working hard to ensure your order is delivered within the timescale indicated on the product page. For customers in certain areas (e.g. Scotland and Wales) the timescale may be slightly extended. Please note lead times are counted in working days (Monday – Friday) excluding Bank Holidays.

Prior to Delivery

With Palram products, you will be sent two text messages. The first message will inform you that your order is being processed. The second message will be sent closer to the end of the delivery timescale, advising you that your order has been dispatched and will be delivered by one of three couriers (Arrow XL, Panther or DPD).

Please note that both elbec and Palram will be unable to supply any further information on your order during this timescale. 

Upon Delivery

Your order will be delivered kerbside or on your driveway. Due to health and safety, and insurance liabilities, the driver will not be able to take your goods to the back of your property but – upon request – may place the product at the side of the house if there are no access issues. This is to avoid risking damage to your property while delivering to an unsafe location. We will not be able to go through your property.

We recommend against arranging for a third party to install the product before its delivery and checking that all parts are present, and we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs caused by delays.
