Step 1 – Order Placed

Once your order has been placed, elbec confirms your order and begins processing it with Deponti.

Step 2 – Order Confirmation Contact

Within 3 working days, elbec’s Customer Care team will contact you to confirm your order and provide an estimated delivery week.

Step 3 – Delivery Planning

Deponti schedules deliveries using a regional route system (North, East, South and West) to ensure efficient nationwide distribution.

Step 4 – Delivery Date Confirmed

Approximately one week before delivery, you will be contacted again and provided with a confirmed delivery date.

Step 5 – Delivery Day

On the day of delivery, you will be contacted with an approximate 2-hour delivery window. Your order will arrive on an articulated lorry equipped with a Moffett forklift and will be unloaded at the nearest safe and accessible point at your property.

What to Expect on the Day of Delivery

On the day of delivery, either elbec’s Customer Care team or Deponti’s approved delivery carrier will contact you approximately 2 hours before arrival to confirm the delivery time. Due to the size and weight of Deponti veranda systems, deliveries are made using an articulated lorry equipped with a Moffett forklift. This allows the driver to safely unload your order directly from the vehicle. The delivery will normally be offloaded at the nearest safe and accessible point at your address. Please note that drivers are responsible for unloading the goods but cannot move items through properties, into gardens, or into specific installation locations.

Delivery Size & Packaging Information

Deponti veranda systems are delivered as multiple large aluminium components and glazing panels (where ordered). Some structural beams and profiles can be several metres in length, depending on the size of the veranda ordered. These components are designed to provide the strength and durability expected from a premium aluminium veranda system.

Your order may therefore arrive as:

Storage After Delivery

Deponti veranda systems are delivered as multiple aluminium components and glazing panels (where ordered). If your installation is taking place at a later date, the components should be stored safely until assembly.
