Please be aware that depending on the chosen side, the window will be situated either at the front or back of the depth.

Regarding access, the Hypnos delivers two wide sliding doors that provide easy and convenient entry for even your bulkiest possessions, such as lawnmowers or bicycles. A sturdy ramp ensures a smooth and stable entry point, capable of handling heavy loads. For added security, the door handles are designed to be lockable, offering peace of mind that your valuable items are well-protected. (Padlock not included).

Delivery

ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY AND ARE FLAT PACKED READY FOR ASSEMBLY

Booking Delivery
Within 5 - 10 working days of placing your order, you should get a text message with an update on delivery. On the day of delivery, you should get a time slot via a text message. Should you not provide a mobile number when placing the order, you may not get an update on delivery, you are welcome to contact elbec for this information.

Delivery Lead times
The estimated delivery lead time for this product is identified on the product page above. These lead times can increase during peak periods. Lead times are in working days (Monday - Friday) excludes Bank Holidays. These estimated lead times are provided by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed due to fluctuation in demand. Some remote areas will take a little longer.

Upon Delivery
Delivery is between 7am to 7pm. Your order is delivered either kerbside or driveway and should be delivered on a 17-ton lorry (the size of a Refuse Cart). Unfortunately, due to health and safety and insurance liabilities the driver will not be able to take your goods around to the back of your property but may upon request place the product at the side of the house if there are no access or restriction issues. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an un-safe location. Unfortunately, we will not be able to go through your property.
